Hey, I'm Captain Christopher Eads . I grew up in the country here in Florida and my family raised
cattle, horses, and crops. I literally grew up riding and roping and I even rodeo'ed while I was in High
school... ( Calf Roping.) My favorite hobbies were and are anything in Gods' great outdoors. My
grandparents on my mothers side came by way of Ellis island from Spain and my grandfather
(Abuelo) gave me a real appreciation and love for the outdoors. my pops side of the family is
deeply rooted in the Cherokee Nation and so the outdoors are a BIG part of me. I have spent my
whole life fishing the waters throughout Florida both fresh water and salt and so it has well seeped
into my blood. lol I have lived and fished on the West coast of Florida now for almost 20 years and I
will remain here as long as I can. I have a gorgeous wife now of 18 years and 4 beautiful children. I
have been teaching and taking people fishing now for almost 20 years and it never gets old. Back
in the nineties, I worked as a 1st mate on different head boats (Grouper) and also 1st mated for
King fish and more pelagic species. In 2001 I took all my OUPV and Masters Captains courses
along with all other requirements such as almost 1000 documented days on the water as well as
over 500 on 100 tons vessels or more. My specialty though, is taking people fishing for BIG game
fish inshore. Nothing like catching BIG game fish on light tackle and hearing your drag scream! As
you can see, I love teaching and helping people to catch fish and to help them appreciate our
natural resources. Seeing the smiles on your faces, is what motivates me to do what I do. Captain
John and I have been doing seminars and taking people fishing for years and we love sharing our

Graduated PCHS and after a 4 year stay in the US ARMY during Vietnam ,moved back to my
hometown. Married my wife Cheryll 32 wonderful years ago.
After the Army and some years with Plant City Water Dept I became a Plant City Police Officer.
In 1980 a motorcycle accident left me without a right arm and without a career.
Fishing started as a hobby and became a dream to become a Captain.
After many years of fishing and learning the waters all along the Gulf coast I decided to make the
jump. I am a USCG licensed Charter Captain(6 pack as it is called)
I am a redfish tournament fisherman along with my son-in law Charlie Simpson.
I met Captain Christopher Eads some years back and we quickly became friends as we were already
Christian brothers. We teamed up to make Forever Hooked Charters the best it can be for our clients
and anyone else involved with us.
As you will see when you join us on a trip, we are Christian based and give all the credit for our future
and past success to the Lord Jesus Christ.
